Websites for firms and practices

Your clients check you online before they call.

Your firm offers more than your website shows. Your clients judge you by what they find, and a site that says too little about each service sends the right client to someone else.

Your clients look you up before they call.

So we start with what they search for, what your profession allows and what your competitors miss. Then we design.

How we work

How a client finds your firm

One search, one right page.

Each service answers a different search, so each service gets its own page.

  1. They search for one service

A client rarely searches for a firm. They search for the one thing they need.

  2. They land on a page about it

Not your homepage and a list of services. A page about that service, in your words.

  3. They see you know your field

The page follows what your profession allows, shows your credentials the way your rules require and answers the questions clients ask.

  4. They get in touch

The next step is one clear button. That is the page doing its job.

An illustration of the idea, not a promise of position on Google.

What a firm's website needs

Built around your services.

A firm is not one offer. Each service has its own client, with their own question.

  • A page for every service

Each service gets its own page, so the right client finds it and sees that you understand their situation.

  • Research before design

We look at what your clients search for, what your profession allows you to say and what your competitors miss.

  • We write it, you sign off

We interview you and draft every page. You correct it and approve every word.

  • The people doing the work

You deal directly with CraftConnect SA. Julius is involved from your first call to launch.

  • A written agreement

Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Care after launch

Hosting and care keeps the site working. When you need changes, we make them for you, quoted first.

What it costs

Priced once we have talked.

Firms and practices start from R10,000, because each service gets its own page. Accommodation and tourism sites start from R5,000.

Questions

Before we talk.

Do you write the words for our site?

Yes. We interview you and draft every page; you correct and sign off.

Do you build WordPress sites or online shops?

Yes, on request. We scope it and give you a written quote after a conversation.

Why does each service get its own page?

Clients search for one service at a time. A page for each service gives the right client the right answer, instead of one page that tries to say everything.

Do you follow our profession's advertising rules?

Yes. Before we write, we research the advertising rules your profession sets. Each field page shows examples of how they shape a site. We draft within them, and you, or your compliance officer where you have one, approve every word, because the duty to follow your rules stays with you.

Can you work with a firm outside the Eastern Cape?

Yes. We work with firms across South Africa: the discovery call is by video, we walk you through the site on a shared screen and WhatsApp covers quick questions in between. In Jeffreys Bay we can also meet in person.
