What happens at each step, and what you can expect from us.
Discovery call personalised
A personalised discovery call about your business, your clients and what the site must do. We book it at a time that suits you.
Research and quote in writing
We research your market, the searches your clients make and the rules of your profession. Then we send a detailed written quote. Nothing starts until you agree the price and pay the 65% deposit.
Design homepage first
We design your homepage first, so you see the direction before the rest is built.
Build and review walked through
We build the site, then walk you through it together. We never just email you a link. Essential includes two rounds of changes; Professional and Premium include three.
Launch and care from month two
You pay the 35% balance before launch. Hosting and care starts from month two, so the site keeps working.

About the process.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the number of pages and when your content is ready, so we agree the timeline with you in your written quote. We would rather take the time to get it right than rush it.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, real photos and time for a short interview. We write the words and you correct them.
Who will I be dealing with?
You deal with CraftConnect SA directly. Julius is involved from the first step to the launch of your site: he does the research, builds the site and reads your messages himself. Jasmine Magua is our Creative Lead. There is no account manager in between.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. In Jeffreys Bay we are happy to meet in person, at your business or over coffee, at no charge. Everywhere else we work by video call, walk you through the site on a shared screen and use WhatsApp for quick questions.
