Google listing

Your Google listing is often the first thing they see.

When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows a short list of businesses. If yours looks unfinished, they tap the next one. Google calls it your Business Profile; we call it your Google listing.

Example Google listing score: 72 out of 100.

When you are in range, we make sure you are the one they pick.

Google shows people the businesses closest to them first. We make your listing complete, accurate and trusted, so when they are looking, yours is the listing worth choosing.

Why it matters

People choose in seconds.

On a phone, from what your listing shows them.

  • They pick the one that looks ready

A listing with hours, photos and reviews in order looks like a business that is open and looked after.

  • They skip the one that does not

Missing hours or a silent review section often send people to the next listing. You never see those calls.

  • They trust what other customers say

Reviews, and the way you answer them, tell new customers what it is like to deal with you.

What we look after

The parts people judge you by.

We look after them, so you can get on with the business.

  1. The right name, category and hours

Google can match you to searches for what you do. People see straight away whether you are open.

  2. Real photos

Your own photos, chosen and ordered, so you look as established as you are. Never stock images.

  3. Genuine reviews

A simple, fair way to ask every customer for honest feedback. A reply to every review that comes in.

  4. Details that match your website

Your name, address, phone and services say the same thing everywhere, so nobody is confused.

  5. A check for unwanted changes

Anyone can suggest edits to a listing. We check for changes you did not make.

  6. What it is doing, in Google's own numbers

Each month we send you Google's own counts of calls, direction requests and website clicks, on WhatsApp.

Google listing score

  • Looks good
    Business category

Without the right category, Google may not show you when people search for your type of business.

  • Looks good
    Opening hours

Customers who can't see your hours often phone someone who shows they're open.

  • Could be stronger
    Photos

Listings with few photos can look less established next to ones with many.

  • Looks good
    Website link

People who find you have somewhere to see your work before they decide.

  • Missing
    Replies to reviews

Unanswered reviews may tell new customers no one is listening.

This is an example. It scores how complete and competitive a listing looks. It does not measure where the listing appears on Google.

Is it right for you

Three things to know before you start.

Questions

About your Google listing.

What is a Google listing and do I need one?

It is the box that shows your business on Google Search and Maps. If your customers search on Google for what you do, it is often the first thing they see.

Can you get us to first place on Google?

No one can honestly promise a position. Google shows people the businesses closest to them first, and nobody can change that. We set your listing up properly, keep it accurate and help you collect genuine reviews, so that when you are in range, your listing is the one worth picking.

What is the month-three free exit?

Care has a three-month minimum. At month three we compare your numbers with the ones we recorded at setup. If they have not moved, you can leave without paying further and without a notice period.

Google is free, so why pay for Setup?

The listing itself is free. Our guide shows how to set one up yourself. What Setup pays for is the work: checking who controls your listing, getting it verified and choosing the right categories. We also set up your services, hours and real photos and give you a fair way to ask for reviews, all for R1,500 once-off.

Will you ask my customers for reviews?

The requests come from you, and we make that easy. We write the message and make you a review link and QR code, so asking takes seconds. You send one friendly request to every customer from your own WhatsApp or email. A request from you feels personal to your customers, and your customer list stays with you.
