Websites for tour and activity operators

A page for every tour, with the price in view.

People search for tours by place, and by who they are travelling with. A page for each tour, with the duration, what is included and the full price, makes it easy to say yes. Without it, they may say yes to the operator who showed them.

What people search for

Questions

Before we talk.

Do our guides need to be registered?

Yes. Anyone guiding for reward must be a registered tourist guide, so we only name registered guides.

Will you write the words for our tour or activity business website?

Yes. We interview you and draft every page, including your rates and booking terms in plain words. You correct the drafts and approve every word before anything goes live.

How would new customers find our tour or activity business online?

Most new customers start with a search for one thing, such as "tours port elizabeth" or "tours for senior citizens south africa". We give each tour its own page that answers that search properly, and a complete Google listing helps people nearby see you too. No one can honestly promise a position on Google, so we never do.

What does a website for a tour or activity business cost?

Each website is sized to your business. A small tour or activity business can start from R5,000 for five to seven pages; An operator with more to show needs more pages. We agree the size with you in a discovery call, so you pay for the pages your customers actually need. Hosting and care is R350 a month from month two. Your written quote comes before anything starts.
